1. Definitions

“Educational Content” includes all videos, modules, written guides, interactive dashboards, and downloadable resources related to professional headlight-bulb replacement on the LanceBright Institute platform. “Catalog Items” are individual courses offered for purchase or enrollment through our catalog interface. “User Content” covers any information submitted via forms, carts, Fallows lists, or contact requests.

It does not replace vehicle-specific service manuals, manufacturer instructions, or the judgment of qualified technicians. Learners are solely responsible for maintaining safe working conditions, verifying torque specs, and following all local regulations and OEM guidelines. LanceBright Institute bears no liability for any damages, injuries, or vehicle issues arising from practical application of learned techniques.

3. Acceptable Use

You may enroll in courses, build local carts, save Fallows lists, and submit contact forms for legitimate learning purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any course assets or catalog materials without explicit written consent. Automated scraping, reselling access credentials, or using the platform in violation of applicable safety laws is prohibited.

4. Account, Cart, and Fallows Management

LocalStorage is used to store cart and Fallows selections on your device. These selections are private to your browser session. We do not store payment information locally. Signing in or creating an account enables persistent progress tracking for enrolled courses but does not alter cart or Fallows behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All course modules, diagrams, progress indicators, and the LanceBright Institute branding are protected intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased educational content solely for personal learning. Any violation terminates this license immediately.

6. Form Submissions and Communication

Contact forms and account creation forms submit data to ./send.php. By submitting a form you consent to receive service-related communications at the provided email address. You may opt out at any time by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability and Suspension

LanceBright Institute is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or access for breach of these Terms or suspected abuse of the catalog or cart systems. All educational materials are provided “as is” without warranties beyond the scope permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current effective date is always displayed at the top of this page.
